Norbert Bedő (hereinafter referred to as the Data Controller) is committed to the protection of personal data and processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and the applicable Hungarian legislation.
1. Purpose of data processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- contact initiation and communication,
- handling inquiries related to services,
- appointment scheduling,
- customer communication,
- fulfillment of legal obligations.
2. Scope of processed data
The Data Controller may process the following personal data:
- name,
- email address,
- phone number (if provided),
- content of the message,
- date and time of contact.
3. Legal basis for data processing
The legal basis for data processing:
- the voluntary consent of the data subject (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR),
- data processing necessary for contact and the provision of services (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4. Data transfer
The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to third parties, unless required to do so by law.
5. Data retention period
Personal data provided during contact will be processed until the inquiry is closed, but no longer than 12 months. After this period, the data will be deleted unless a contract is concluded or there is a legal obligation for further retention.
6. Rights of data subjects
The data subject has the right to:
- request information about the processing of their personal data,
- request correction or deletion of their data,
- request restriction of data processing,
- object to data processing,
- withdraw their consent at any time.

The Data Controller applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data and takes all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.
8. Legal remedies
If the data subject believes that the processing of their personal data violates their rights, they may lodge a complaint with:

9. Final provisions
The Data Controller reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy. Amendments shall enter into force on the date of publication on the website.
